SUBMISSION & SELECTION PROCESS:

1. Please submit a portfolio containing:
   • 8-10 images of original artwork created in the last two years.       You may submit your images on a CD-ROM, or quality images of       your work or submit original, unframed artwork as long as it fits       into your portfolio.
   • Artist resume
   • Contact info including full name, current address, telephone       number, email address, website.

2. A Membership Agreement outlining the specifics of membership will be provided upon acceptance.

3. Artists selected for a final review will be contacted by telephone or e-mail, and may be asked to bring in 2 to 3 original works of art (if not part of their portfolio).

4. Artists not selected will be contacted by telephone/e-mail for appointment to pick up their portfolio.

5. All determinations will be made within a two week period, following submission of portfolio.

GALLERY MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

Two types of membership are available:
1. Individual - Work three to four 4-hour shifts/month,
$75 dues/month, hang 6-9 works.
2. Shared (2 members), EACH must: work two 4-hour shifts/month, $50 dues/month, hang 4-5 works.

All members pay 15% commission to gallery, sign a 12-month commitment, participate in shared gallery duties and educational activities: give 30-day notice when leaving gallery, follow all withdrawal procedures discussed in the Membership Agreement and Bylaws.
